The Global Media Congress 2024, held from November 26 to 28 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), is one of the most influential gatherings in the media industry. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the event attracted over 25,000 media professionals and industry leaders from around the world. Featuring 96 discussion panels, keynote sessions, interactive workshops, and Media Lab sessions, the congress served as a dynamic platform for exploring the latest innovations, trends, and technologies shaping the future of media globally.

Scope of work

Flawless technical execution was essential! Extreme Productions was proud to play a vital role in the success of the main conference by providing expert audio, lighting, video, and rigging services. Our scope of work included designing and implementing a fully immersive audio system that delivered crystal-clear sound coverage throughout the venue, ensuring every speaker and panel discussion was heard with perfect clarity. We installed an impressive 500 square meter panoramic LED screen, providing stunning high-definition visuals that enhanced every presentation and moment on stage. Complementing this, our cutting-edge lighting and special effects created a visually dynamic and engaging atmosphere, highlighting key moments and elevating the overall experience for attendees. Additionally, our dependable rigging services ensured the safe and efficient installation of all complex technical equipment required for the congress.
