POEM 4ᵗʰ Scientific Meeting 2025
Project Overview
From May 1–3, 2025, the Pediatric Oncology East and Mediterranean (POEM) Group hosted its fourth scientific meeting at the InterContinental Amman under the theme “Harnessing Regional Strengths to Improve Equity, Access, and Quality Care”. Bringing together pediatric oncologists, nurses, researchers, pharmacists, and healthcare advocates from across the East and Mediterranean region, the conference featured pre- and post-meeting workshops on topics like AI in neuroradiology, retinoblastoma, and sarcoma management. Over three days, participants engaged in multidisciplinary sessions on registry data, CAR‑T therapy, CNS and blood cancers, antibiotic stewardship, and the impact of regional conflict on childhood cancer care.
Scope of work
Extreme Productions was entrusted with the full technical production of the POEM 4ᵗʰ Scientific Meeting, delivering an integrated solution that included Video, Audio, Lighting, and a Virtual Setup to support hybrid attendance.
