Project Overview

Hosted at Expo 2020 Dubai, the World Governments Summit 2022 brought together over 4,000 participants from around the globe, including heads of state, policymakers, and industry pioneers. Under the theme “Shaping Future Governments,” the two-day program featured more than 110 sessions exploring the future of governance, digital economies, climate action, and technological transformation. New platforms such as the Investopia Summit and Crypto and Metaverse Forums made their debut alongside high-profile keynote addresses and roundtables. We supported the summit with full AV production, ensuring seamless execution across all core venues and discussion spaces.

Scope of work

For the 2022 edition, Extreme Productions delivered full technical production across multiple venues. Our team handled audio, lighting, video, rigging, and network/IT infrastructure, ensuring that every keynote, panel discussion, and interactive session ran smoothly. From immersive stage lighting to clear sound coverage and robust IT support, we helped create an engaging environment that supported both in-person and virtual participants.
