Project Overview
Hosting more than 6,000 participants, the World Governments Summit 2024 agenda saw the participation of nearly 800 leaders and experts who shared invaluable knowledge, insights, and experiences, as well as presented research outcomes and best practices.
Scope of work
For the 2024 summit, Extreme Productions provided end-to-end technical production, including audio, lighting, video, rigging, and network/IT infrastructure. Our team supported the event’s growing scale and complexity, guaranteeing flawless delivery of keynotes, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. By integrating cutting-edge video systems, immersive lighting, and reliable IT connectivity, we enhanced the summit experience for both onsite attendees and online participants.
