25th WPC Energy Congress 2026

Project Overview

The 25th WPC Energy Congress took place in Riyadh from 11 to 15 October 2026, hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy. Under the theme “Pathways to an Energy Future for All”, the congress brought together energy ministers, industry leaders, experts and partners from around the world across its main plenary hall, ministerial meeting room, session halls and exhibition foyers.

Scope of work

Extreme Productions delivered the LED screen and video production for the congress. From the panoramic LED walls framing the main plenary stage to the curved LED screens in the session halls, the ministerial meeting room and the foyer displays, our team kept every piece of content sharp, seamless and on time across the venue.
