Project Overview
Dubai hosted the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Global Future Councils, bringing together over 500 experts, leaders, and decision-makers from around the world. Over three days, attendees explored some of the most pressing global challenges from economic growth and climate action to technology and governance, sharing insights and collaborating on strategies for a more resilient future. The meeting was a space for meaningful dialogue, connection, and forward-thinking solutions.
Scope of work
Extreme Productions provided full video, audio, and lighting production for the event. From keynote sessions to panel discussions, we made sure every moment was delivered with clear sound, vibrant visuals, and dynamic lighting, creating an immersive environment that brought the event to life for all participants.
