Project Overview
Dubai hosted the Annual Meetings of the Global Future Councils and Cybersecurity in October 2025, bringing together over 700 global experts, leaders, and policymakers. Across three days, participants explored emerging trends, technology, governance, and societal challenges, fostering collaboration and shaping solutions for the future. The event also included the inaugural meeting of the Cybersecurity Council alongside the Global Future Councils, reinforcing the UAE’s role as a hub for forward-looking dialogue and strategic decision-making.
Scope of work
Extreme Productions delivered full video, audio, and lighting production for the meetings. From keynote sessions to panel discussions and multi-zone forums, we ensured every moment was captured with clarity, precision, and immersive visuals — elevating the experience for both attendees and presenters.
