Project Overview
The 2025 Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum brought together around 1,000 senior leaders from government and the private sector in Dubai, under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Forum served as a platform to explore the future of leadership and governance, with sessions, panel discussions, and roundtables designed to exchange insights, align visions, and drive transformation. It was an evening full of ideas, dialogue, and a shared commitment to lead change.
Scope of work
Extreme Productions managed the full technical production, including audio, lighting, rigging, and video. We ensured that every keynote, panel, and discussion had crystal-clear sound, dynamic visuals, professional lighting, and safe, reliable rigging for all equipment — delivering a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the forum.
